There are plenty of people who want to build trailer buildings, and now, the trailers themselves are making a comeback.
The trailer buildings industry is thriving, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find a trailer that isn’t trailer-themed.
We spoke with David R. Pascarella, director of the Institute for Residential Technology and a former director of marketing at the National Association of Home Builders, about why trailer buildings are making the comeback.
He explained that it’s not uncommon for people to think of trailers as the next big thing, but the industry is in fact growing.
“The trailers market is the third-largest commercial building material market after the concrete and wood, and the industry has grown at an astounding rate of 50 percent over the past decade, and will continue to grow,” Pascaresaid.
For example, last year, the trailer building industry grew by more than 70 percent in the U.S., but in China alone, it grew by an astounding 60 percent.
The industry is currently worth $2.7 trillion, Pascareasaid, and its growing popularity is leading to more companies and builders entering the market.
There are plenty more trailer building materials out there that are suitable for building trailers, including a wide range of construction materials that can be used for all kinds of projects.
Pascare said that the new trailer buildings boom is also a good thing for the industry.
If you look at how quickly the market has grown in the last few years, you see it’s a lot easier for someone to buy a trailer than it was a few years ago.
A lot of people in the trailer business don’t want to take the time to learn the ins and outs of building, and they can’t afford to,” Piscare said.
In the end, it’s up to people to choose what materials are right for their projects, and if they do choose trailers, they should expect to spend a fair amount of money on them.
